During the implementation of the purchase order functionality, Catella APAM worked closely with the Grosvenor Systems team. Carrie recalls, “Our Account Manager, Kieran has been fantastic. He has dedicated time to help us select the best options. We’ve also worked with Kevin from the Professional Services team. Whenever we ask, ‘is this possible?’, he'll help us find a way!”
Looking ahead, Catella APAM plans to expand their use of Propman to streamline additional manual processes, allowing the team to focus on more strategic and client-focused activities.
